The United States is preparing to roll out a limited-edition passport tied to America’s 250th anniversary, introducing a new design that is already sparking debate over symbolism, politics, and national branding.
According to reports, the U.S. State Department will issue a commemorative passport featuring updated visual elements, including a portrait of President Donald Trump on the inside cover, alongside the Declaration of Independence and American flag imagery.
The design will be released in a very limited batch and will be available only at specific in-person application locations.
