Tom Sandoval has leveled fresh accusations against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, claiming she kicked him repeatedly in the groin and hurled degrading insults at him during a heated confrontation last October.
The former “Vanderpump Rules” star made the claims in a new declaration filed Monday as part of his ongoing restraining order case against Robinson. According to the filing, the alleged incident took place while Sandoval was on tour with his band, Tom Sandoval and the MOST Extras, during a stop in Florida.
Sandoval says the attack happened after a concert had wrapped for the night. He claims Robinson had been drinking and using drugs earlier in the evening to the point that venue security had to carry her out of the venue and back onto the tour bus. When he returned to check on her, he alleges she turned physical and verbal, kicking him and shouting crude insults about his body in front of witnesses.
Sandoval Details Alleged Physical Attack

In the court documents, Sandoval claims Robinson “kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me” in front of his band members, tour crew, and fans who were present. He says the alleged assault escalated once he boarded the bus to check on her condition. Sandoval alleges she continued kicking him while yelling degrading remarks aimed at his manhood.
He further claims multiple venues on the tour raised concerns about Robinson’s behavior backstage, alleging she brought fans into restricted areas and shared drugs with them. Sandoval says the situation grew serious enough that his band manager and musical director pushed to have her removed from the tour entirely. He did not specify whether that removal ultimately happened.
Claims of Emotional Manipulation and Threats
Beyond the alleged physical altercation, Sandoval’s filing paints a picture of a relationship marked by control and intimidation.
He claims Robinson repeatedly told him he was not a real man, comments he says chipped away at his confidence over time. Despite this, he says he remained in the relationship because she allegedly threatened to ruin his life if he ended things.
Sandoval also claims Robinson invoked his past relationship with former co-star Ariana Madix as a threat, warning she would get the same public attention and career boost Madix received following their breakup.
He additionally alleges her behavior caused him significant stress ahead of high-pressure professional moments, including his August 2025 quarterfinal performance on “America’s Got Talent.” He described feeling frazzled and anxious in the lead-up to that appearance because of ongoing drama in the relationship.
Victoria Lee Robinson Denies the Allegations
Robinson has firmly pushed back against Sandoval’s version of events. Speaking directly to TMZ, she denied ever kicking or touching him during the alleged incident. She said she had taken a shot that night and asked him to take care of her, but claims he declined to do so.
According to Robinson, she returned to bed on the bus and asked him to keep the noise down, insisting that is the full extent of what occurred. She expressed frustration at being drawn back into the legal dispute, saying she is trying to move forward with her life. Her account stands in direct contrast to the detailed claims outlined in Sandoval’s court filing.
Ongoing Legal Battle Between the Former Couple

This latest filing adds to an already contentious legal fight between the two. Sandoval was granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against both Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, at the end of June. That order remains active as the case proceeds through the court system.
Robinson attempted to secure her own protective order against Sandoval, but a judge denied her request, at least until a future hearing can take place. The relationship between Sandoval and Robinson has been under public scrutiny for months, marked by repeated police visits and public confrontations. Their split has played out largely in legal filings and brief statements to media outlets covering the case.
The pair’s relationship first drew headlines following Sandoval’s high-profile breakup from Ariana Madix, which was chronicled extensively on “Vanderpump Rules.” Since then, tension between Sandoval and Robinson has escalated through a series of public incidents.
Court records show a pattern of allegations from both sides, though no criminal charges tied to the groin kick claim have been reported.
Neither party has indicated when the next hearing in the restraining order case is scheduled. Sandoval’s team has not issued any additional statement beyond what was included in the court declaration. Robinson maintains her denial and says she wants to move past the situation entirely.
