A new dinner destination is taking shape in Sugar Land Town Square, promising a different kind of eveningout: Indian-inspired dishes, cocktails, and a planned late-night option in one of the area’s most active mixed-use districts.
Majestic Kitchen is preparing to open at 16019 City Walk in Sugar Land Town Square, with a grand opening planned for Oct. 17, 2026. The opening is still ahead, so details such as the final menu and operating schedule remain subject to confirmation. For now, the concept is being introduced as a sit-down restaurant designed around food, drinks, and an evening atmosphere rather than a quick stop.
The restaurant’s arrival also adds another chapter to the changing dining landscape at Sugar Land Town Square, where new tenants have been announced as part of a broader district refresh.

A new place for Indian-inspired dining in Sugar Land

For many diners, a restaurant becomes memorable not only for what it serves but for the experience it creates. Majestic Kitchen is being positioned as a place where Indian flavors meet a more contemporary dinner setting, bringing together cuisine, cocktails, and a social atmosphere.
Executive chef Dipak Aryal leads the concept, which focuses on Indian-inspired cuisine. While the full menu was still being developed at the time of local reports, the restaurant has already highlighted signature offerings that give a glimpse into its direction.
One featured dish from the restaurant’s official website is Maharaja Lamb, a signature item that reflects the kitchen’s focus on bold flavors. Local coverage has also mentioned Majestic Pasta, described as pasta prepared with Indian spices and flavors. Together, these examples suggest a menu that blends familiar dining formats with Indian-inspired ingredients and techniques.
Rather than presenting a completed menu before opening, Majestic Kitchen is building anticipation around the overall concept: a restaurant where guests can gather for dinner, drinks, and a longer evening experience.

A planned late-night destination for Sugar Land Town Square

Part of what makes the upcoming opening stand out is its reported late-night plan. According to Houston Press, Majestic Kitchen plans to stay open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Because this schedule is reported as a plan rather than a finalized operating detail, the hours may change before or after opening.
If confirmed, the later timetable would give Sugar Land Town Square another option for diners looking beyond traditional dinner hours. A restaurant with a late-night focus can change how people use a dining district, creating space for after-dinner gatherings, cocktails, and social time that extends beyond a typical evening meal.
The restaurant is also expected to feature a curated cocktail menu, adding to its positioning as a dinner-and-drinks destination. According to a Sept. 17 release cited by Community Impact, Majestic Kitchen is expected to have 130 seats, reinforcing the idea of a full-service restaurant built around an evening out.

A locally connected addition to a familiar address

Majestic Kitchen’s story is closely tied to Sugar Land. Owners Santosh and Supraja Cividi are Sugar Land residents and founders of Majestic Developers, according to reports about the Town Square leasing announcement.
That local connection gives the opening a sense of continuity for residents who already know the location. Majestic Kitchen will occupy the former Mahesh’s Kitchen space, bringing a new concept to an address that has already been part of the area’s dining scene.
For a growing community, restaurant openings often represent more than a new place to eat. They can become part of the rhythm of neighborhood life, offering new gathering spots while building on spaces that residents recognize.
Majestic Kitchen’s arrival reflects that balance: introducing a fresh concept while remaining connected to an established Sugar Land destination.

Part of a larger Town Square transformation

The restaurant is also arriving during a period of expansion at Sugar Land Town Square. Reports have highlighted a group of incoming restaurants, retailers, and entertainment businesses expected to fill more than 17,000 square feet of space across the district.
That broader wave of additions helps place Majestic Kitchen within a larger effort to bring new experiences to the area. For visitors, a dining district becomes more appealing when it offers variety  different cuisines, different atmospheres, and different reasons to spend time there.
Majestic Kitchen’s planned combination of Indian-inspired food, cocktails, and late-night availability adds another option to that mix. Its future opening is part of Town Square’s ongoing evolution as a place where people can meet, dine, and spend an evening.

Looking ahead to the opening

For now, Majestic Kitchen remains a restaurant preparing for its debut rather than an established dining destination. The Oct. 17, 2026 opening date is a target, and additional details about the final menu and hours are expected to become clearer as the launch approaches.
Still, the early picture is one of anticipation: a locally connected restaurant bringing Indian-inspired flavors, a curated drinks program, and a planned late-night experience to Sugar Land Town Square.
When the doors open, Majestic Kitchen will offer residents another reason to make an evening out of a visit to one of Sugar Land’s busiest dining and entertainment areas.
